A session built around getting quicker in real game movements—stopping, starting, cutting, and re-accelerating. We focus on deceleration mechanics (how you brake), body angles, footwork efficiency, and reaction-based drills. Great for field/court sports and hockey dryland, and for athletes who feel “slow to change direction” even if they’re fast in a straight line.
